Overview

This portfolio site (https://johan-rodriguez.vercel.app) collects minimal data. No advertising trackers, no third-party cookies, and no persistent user profiles are created.

Contact Form

• Data collected: name, email address, and message content submitted via the contact form.
• Purpose: responding to your enquiry only.
• Processor: Resend (email delivery service). Resend processes the data solely to deliver your message.
• International transfer: Resend's infrastructure may process data in the United States. Transfers are governed by Resend's Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Retention: your message is retained only for the duration of email delivery. No copy is stored in a database by this site.
• IP address: used ephemerally to enforce the rate-limit (5 requests per 10 minutes). It is not stored or logged after the request completes.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. These tools collect anonymised performance metrics and page-view counts. No cookies are set and no personal data is linked to page views.
